Language policy
You should understand what you are agreeing to. This page explains the languages we use and how to ask for help in another one.
This website
The website is written in South African English. There is no language switcher because we don’t yet have a second complete version of the site. We won’t show a switcher for a translation that only covers part of it.

Asking for another official language
The National Credit Act gives you the right to receive documents in an official language you read or understand, as reasonably practical. How we do this, and which languages we can provide, is set out in our language policy, which is not yet published. Ask the credit provider before you sign if you need a document in another language.
Plain language
Whatever the language, we write in plain words, explain terms like initiation fee and settlement where we use them, and show money as full rand amounts, for example R1 500.00.
