Coming back to RandLeaf

If you have repaid a RandLeaf loan, you can apply for higher amounts on the same price list. Every application is still assessed from the start.

What we check again, every time

A new loan is a new credit decision. A good repayment record helps, but your situation today matters more than last year’s.

Assessed again

  • Your current income and expenses, so the new loan is affordable now
  • Your credit record, including any new debt since your last loan
  • That your bank account and contact details still belong to you

You may be asked to update

  • A recent payslip or bank statement if your last one is out of date
  • Your address, employer or payday if they have changed
  • Your ID document if the copy we hold has expired

A previous loan does not guarantee approval. Every application is assessed. This website can’t see your history with us and doesn’t decide anything about you.

If you still have an open RandLeaf loan, you can’t take a second one, and you shouldn’t need to. If repayments are hard, the right first step is a conversation, not new credit.

What to do if you are struggling

Returning customer questions

How soon after repaying can I apply again?

Once your final repayment has cleared, your loan is closed and you can apply. There is no waiting period, but please apply only if you have a real need.

I settled early. Do I count as a returning customer?

Yes. A loan you settled early is fully repaid in the same way. Settling early also doesn’t stop you from qualifying for RandLeaf Roots once it is active.

Will I get the same amount as last time?

Not necessarily. The amount depends on your affordability now. It can be higher, lower or the same.

Do I need to create an account?

No. There is no login on this website. Returning customers apply through the same application service and our support team.

Where do I ask about my previous loans?

Contact our support team. They can confirm your history, send a paid-up letter or answer questions about RandLeaf Roots. Contact details.
