Website terms of use
These terms apply when you use randleaf.co.za. They are short because the site is simple: it explains our loans and costs, and doesn’t itself take applications, payments or documents.
Who runs this website
This website is run by legal entity not yet published, trading as RandLeaf. Our phone, email and support hours are not yet published.
What the website is for
The site explains our loans, prices, processes and help options. Reading it, or using the calculator, is not an application for credit and is not an offer of credit. RandLeaf’s own online application service isn’t open yet. Until it is, the Apply online button takes you to a partner’s application through the LeadGid affiliate network. How the partner route works.
Estimates and accuracy
The calculator and every example use our published pricing version (RL-PRICE-2026-10). They are estimates of RandLeaf loans, not quotes. Any actual cost is in the written quote from the credit provider you apply to, after it assesses your application, and the final amount, term or decision can differ. While applications go through our partner link, that quote comes from the partner’s credit provider, whose prices can differ from these examples.
We check our pages regularly and date them. If you find a mistake, please tell us through our contact page.
Links to other websites
Some pages link to official sources such as the National Credit Regulator or the Information Regulator. Those sites are run by others, and their own terms and privacy notices apply. A link is not an endorsement by them of us, or by us of everything on their site.
Partner links and our commercial relationship
RandLeaf’s own online application service isn’t open yet. Until it is, every Apply online button on this site is a paid partner link. It points to /go/oferta on our own domain, and our server then sends your browser to the current FINANCE SA partner offer, an affiliate link run through the LeadGid network. The only thing we add to that address identifies this website (randleaf.co.za). No amount, income, ID number, contact detail or anything you typed is added to it.
RandLeaf may be paid when someone applies through that link. The partner sets its own amounts, interest, fees and checks, which can differ from the RandLeaf pricing examples on this site, and its own terms and privacy notice apply on its pages.
Choosing to follow a partner link is up to you. Before you share any details there, check the name of the credit provider and its NCR registration, and never pay a fee upfront to “release” a loan. Questions about a partner’s offer, quote or decision go to that partner. How the partner route works.
Our brand and illustrations
The RandLeaf name, logo, RandLeaf Roots mark, illustrations and page text belong to us or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages and print pages for your own use. Please don’t copy our brand or artwork to make something that looks like it comes from us.
Using the site fairly

Our responsibility
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it may sometimes be unavailable or contain an error. We aren’t responsible for losses caused only by relying on an estimate instead of your written quote. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act or the National Credit Act, or our responsibility for gross negligence or deliberate wrongdoing.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the site or the law changes. The date at the side of this page shows when they were last checked.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa.
